Just 6 miles from the historic market town of Axminster, home to independent shops, cafes and restaurants, you’ll enjoy the best of local produce and dining. A 10-mile drive brings you to Lyme Regis on the Jurassic Coast, a fossil hunter’s paradise. Seaton, just 8 miles away, offers a scenic tram ride through the Axe Valley. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, the property features nearby footpaths leading through green lanes and pretty villages like Dalwood. Whether you're exploring coastlines, relaxing on golden sands, or dining in fine eateries, this beautifully restored barn puts it all within easy reach.
Step inside the welcoming barn with underfloor heating, and to your left is the open plan kitchen/dining area. Full of charm, the beamed ceilings flow into the contemporary styled living space and offer a fantastic space to enjoy meals and socialise together. Across the hall is a super king-size bedroom with an additional single, a great family room with an en-suite walk-in shower room and WC. This room can also be split into three single beds upon request. Moving upstairs, the lounge has a secluded Juliet balcony overlooking the countryside. Relax on the comfortable sofas, ready to unwind and spend the evening watching your favourite movies on the Smart TV. The elevated ceilings and light styling continue into the second bedroom opposite the lounge with a zip-and-link super-king-size bed, a TV, and an en-suite shower room with WC. Completing the upstairs space is a family bathroom with a bath and WC.
A secluded patio and garden off the kitchen includes seating for six, BBQ facilities, and peaceful countryside views with parking directly outside for easy access.
