A stylish and sophisticated home situated in the pretty seaside village of Ruswarp. Comfortably sleeping six guests and boasting panoramic views and two outdoor areas, this pleasant home is the perfect retreat for your getaway.
Set down a private road, this home is striking from the outside with its double front and red brick exterior. Inside, the house is oozing with personality in the way of artwork and contemporary, decorative finishes. The beautiful kitchen has everything you need to create culinary delights which you can tuck into at the dining table while looking out over the viaduct. After you have eaten, cosy up in the welcoming lounge in front of the warming wood burner and reflect on the day’s events. Upstairs are the four sumptuous bedrooms, all with blackout blinds that provide a good night’s sleep. Choose from two king-size, one double room, and one single room. Completing the interior is a charming family bathroom that has a free-standing bath. Outside to the rear of the property is an enclosed patio garden with furniture where you can dine alfresco in the balmy evenings, and to the front of the home is a second patio area with a swing seat and far-reaching countryside views. Private parking is available for two cars.
Ruswarp contains a restaurant and pub, as well as a couple of shops, though for further choice, the popular coastal resort of Whitby is just 1 mile away. Head there by foot or car and find a range of amenities as well as spectacular beaches, clifftop paths, and the historic Whitby Abbey. If you are a group of keen walkers, there is an abundance of walking routes through the Esk Valley including the superb Cinder Track, winding along the coast between Whitby to Scarborough.
