There is a bus stop right at the entrance of the Estate. Also an Avis car rental place 50 meters from it. Plenty of taxis around with several stops in Puerto Banús

Guests can arrive any time they want after 2 pm. There is a guard at the estate entrance so keys will be left there if guest were to arrive at very late hours
Parties are ABSOLUTELY forbidden in the appartment. It`s a very peaceful, family oriented neighborhood and needs to remain this way. We will escalate and enforce airbnbs guidelines should this rule get broken
