Wir haben unser Traumhaus entworfen und gebaut, wir erwarten, dass Sie es genauso lieben werden wie wir.

Unser Haus liegt am schönen Playa El Coco, nur ca. 20 Autominuten sĂŒdlich von San Juan Del Sur. Wir haben einen wunderschönen Pool, zwei King-Size-Master-Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf den Ozean mit Balkon, ein Chef's Designer benutzerdefinierte KĂŒche mit allen GerĂ€ten. Unsere 20 'lange Couch auf der Veranda ist der perfekte Ort, um den Nachmittag zu verbringen und den Sonnenuntergang und das Meer zu beobachten, wĂ€hrend sich die Passatwinde abkĂŒhlen. Unsere GĂ€ste lieben es, zu unserem Strandhaus zu reisen, um von allem wegzukommen.

Es gibt 5 Schlafzimmer im Haupthaus, die leicht 8 Personen in Betten unterbringen können, und 2 weitere Personen in einer Luftmatratze. Wir haben auch ein GĂ€stehaus mit einem Schlafzimmer und ausklappbarer Couch, die hinzugefĂŒgt werden kann, um zusĂ€tzliche Personen mit VorankĂŒndigung zu beherbergen.

Beautiful beach and House

My family and I had a lovely stay with ample room. I would encourage anyone looking to host a family gathering to consider this location. The caretakers are excellent as well.

Beach HQ

Our family had an amazing time staying at Playa el Coco. The home was clean, and dutifully maintained by the on site caretakers. Our kids were in the pool or on the beach from sun up to sun down.

Beach House Pool Party

The location on the beach and the home layout is top notch.The pool was very nice and enjoyed endlessly.The living room with small TV ( not that it was used but no cable anyways) could be a great game room.The kitchen view is breathtaking , and grabbing a cup of morning coffee and walk on the beach was perfect .My recommendations would improve bed linens and master bed( couldn't roll over without noise).Upgrade coffeemaker and pool furniture, need more than 5 plastic chairs.Having said those critiquing words I would certainly stay there again my fiancee and family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.The host Victoria is excellent and very acccomodating

Amazing stay

This really was an amazing place to stay. We were there as a group of 9 people ages 2-39. The property was clean, inviting and relaxing. From the sound of the waves crashing at night, the pool lights illuminating the house, and the breeze flowing through the breezeway. Reina and Edgar the caretakers are amazing, and worked to help make sure our time was magical. Their son Mateo invited our kids to play beach soccer with his friends, and they got us at night when the local hatchery was gathering eggs from a turtle that came to shore. Our family loved the location, and felt safe during our entire stay. The drive to the house from San Juan takes about 30min on a mix of cobble and dirt roads, and you travel past some quaint villages on your way. The owners were responsive to questions and always responded within 18 hours. Thanks again for having us

Amazing first world oasis in Nicaragua!

This house was clearly different from the many others I've stayed at in Nicaragua, second only to the Intercontinental in Managua. The kitchen was great with a modern gas stove and big fridge with breakfast bar and huge dining room table able to accommodate all the guests. The bedrooms and beds are modern with modern linens and air conditioning, the quality of the tile, cabinets, doors, etc. is excellent. The ceiling fans are high tech, etc. You truly feel like you have arrived in your own personal palace. I'd say there are three great things about this place, the relaxing house especially the afternoon cocktails on the second floor veranda(with steady cooling breeze), the wonderful pool and the fantastic beach. There were hardly any other people on the beach so it felt like your own private getaway just about (which is enhanced by the U shaped building that makes you think you are the only house on the beach). The pool is great for kids who might not be old enough to be in the surf alone, and also just so easy and fun. The beds are all new and relaxing, especially the 2 king size beds in the two beach facing balcony rooms. The master suite is incredible and makes you feel like a king. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the hosts got back to me with any questions. It has cable TV but we hardly used it. The air conditioning worked excellent. The solar panels are a nice touch. It is about 20 minutes from San Juan Del Sur. The hosts recommended Rancho Chilamante which was great for horseback rides and Rancho Terre to eat at which was delicious and a great bargain. It would be nice if there were some more paintings/decorations in the home but we came to see and relax on the beach with the beautiful scenery. Highly recommend this place. Coco beach is wonderful.

Nightmare house!

Toilets didnt flush had to usea bucket of water everytime we used bathroom, then mop up the mess. Toilet seats are so old and run down they are yellow and smell like old folks home. Shower in master bedroom trinkled water, had to shower using my daughters beach bucket. Master shower full of soap scum and in 4” of standing water. A/c in second main room stop working on day 2. No soap in bathrooms to wash hands, limited toilet paper. Had to go out and buy everything from kitchen towels to trash bags, hand hoap and toilet paper. Then were told to not cook to much bc if gas finished there would be no more. All these issues were addressed first night and told someone would come out to fix toilets... No one ever showed up. House full of bugs everywhere. Doors did not lock throughout the house. House lacking lots of furniture only 5 chairs to sit on out side. Bbq was as a brick pit outside didn't know we had to Bri g our own charcoal. Bedroom downstairs no Ac no or windows. 90 year old grandmother had to sleep in heat bc she could go up the stairs. Caretaker Edgar was great and tried to help as much as possible but old disgusting toilets were out of his control. Not sure how other guest have dealt with these issues but I would not stay there again even if you paid me. Renters beware pretty house but nothing works. Didn't not expect these types of conditions for this price and type of property. Owner should take property of the market until these problems are fixed.

Great place would go back in a heartbeat the caretakers are the best

This place is awesome had a fire on the beach every night oh and the caretakers are absolutely amazing would have them working in my hotel tomorrow they cook us lunch and dinner and if we needed anything they go right to the store no questions ask again I would go back just for the caretakers the best most wonderful people!!!!!

Great location!

Beautiful spacious house looked beachfront. Master bedrooms were beautiful with balconies overlooking the pool and beach. Bathrooms and closet space was great in each room. Pool was perfect water temperate and constantly cleaned by the care takers as many leaves would constantly fall into it. Unfortunately, on the 2cor 3 day the fridge was broken and we had to throw out3/4 of the food we had already prepared. This caused a couple of us to get food poisoning and resulted in us spending more money for food in the towns. Luckily the nice owner sent in a new refrigerator soon after, so we were able to still keep our drinks and cheeses cool. The care takers were amazing! Extremely informative and sweet. Very great communicators and great recommendations of places to go. Overall! I would love to come back! Especially when the light in the pool works. Very clean, modern, and spacious house. Impeccable architecture. Would love to buy or build a house like this in the near future. Thank you so much!!
