Set over two floors, this home is designed with families and groups in mind. The open-plan living and dining area makes it easy to gather, while the kitchen is ideal for preparing meals at home.

Just a few minutes drive from Wembley, and a short walk from Neasden underground station, this area offers peaceful streets with great access to the city. Local amenities and parks are nearby, making it an excellent base for both relaxation and adventure.

House Rules
- No smoking, pets or parties.
- Quiet hours after 10pm.

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

Damage Deposit
Guests are not required to pay a damage deposit in advance. However, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 per stay to the card on file in the event of any damage.
