Seefeld is situated along the east bank of Lake Zürich, and the neighborhood comprises part of the city's 8th district. The best part of living in this area is the gorgeous lakeside promenade. You can picnic, swim, and enjoy Alpine views at Zürichhorn, a lovely park. Another popular attraction is Chinagarten Zürich, a lakeside garden with Chinese pavilions and plantings. Seefeld has an interesting food scene, with everything from casual outdoor dining with lake views to traditional Italian on offer. There are also cocktail bars and coffee houses where you can kick back and relax. Seefeld is served by several bus and tram lines as well as Zürich's S-Bahn train system.
