The apartment is on the ground floor and has its private entrance from a large secluded garden.
Ample private car park, bus stops close by, also ideally situated close to the “Pedonale”, the pedestrianised disused railway track, leading into the town centre-a pleasant 10 min walk away.
The front door opens onto a small lobby/hall (called “bussola” ) typical of chalets in Cortina, where shoes and coats are stored. In winter this is a convenient space to store skis and boots.
The use of bespoke fitted furniture in the typical local style of South Tyrol (made by local master carpenters) adds character to the apartment.
