Offering a garden and garden views, is located in Bristol, 2.8 miles from Bristol Temple Meads Station and around 3.3 miles from Bristol Parkway, 9.9 miles from Bristol Airport and 2.8 miles from the Circus Bath. There are local shops all within walking distance.



There is free WIFI, this 4 bedroom house offers a TV, a integrated washer / dryer washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and built in fridge freezer, free stranding microwave and a breakfast bar for various usages / work station if required.



Garden furniture/ chairs supplied for those warm summer day to enjoy this private garden space.



Downstairs consists of a Living room with the option of converting the sofa to a double bed, A dining room where you have the third double bed. You also have the fully stocked kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, kettle and microwave. Upstairs, you have the three bedrooms, and bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second and third bedrooms are set up with a single bed in each.

Free parking on the driveway for up to five cars along with free street parking.



The house is typically self check. You will receive a code within 48 hours of your check in date. CCTV protects all areas outside the property.

The house is a 10 minute walk away from Fishponds Highstreet, where you have a number of busses which can take you further in or out of town. Temple Meads train station is about a 20 minute drive away. and about a 15 minute drive into the city.
