This apartment offers you exceptional warmth and tranquility, prepared to receive up to 3 guests, it will provide you with an ideal location to disconnect and enjoy the tourist attractions in the area. This apartment is located on the ground floor so it is easily accessible. Upon entering you will see the kitchen on the right, which has an oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and complete set of dishes. Next to the kitchen, we have a wooden breakfast bar with 3 comfortable chairs that you can use to enjoy delicious meals during your stay, as well as it can also be used as a workspace. Next, we have the space of the room, it has a comfortable and soft individual sofa next to a rack with the SmartTV so you can have entertainment in the room. There is a sofa-bed for 1 guest as well. We have a double bed with a backrest, rug, two nightstands, and a large wardrobe. In front of the kitchen is the bathroom with a single sink, mirror, toilet, a standing shower with a screen, and a washing machine. Finally, we have a balcony with a set of outdoor sofas and a coffee table, this balcony has a view towards the interior of the urbanization where we offer you an excellent community pool next to a landscaped patio for a nice stay with family or friends. Decorated in beautiful warm colors and with ample exterior lighting given the large balcony window, you will enjoy a tranquil space just walking distance from the coast of Marbella. This splendid apartment awaits you so you can tour the area, and enjoy its beautiful landscapes and the wonderful gastronomy of the Costa del Sol. The condominium offers other facilities that our guests can enjoy during their stay: a swimming pool, a large garden, and community parking. The €500 deposit must be paid 3 days before the check-in date and is returned 3 days after the check-out date. *We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm there is an additional charge of 40€ until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours please check with us for availability and rates. Please let us know 24 hours in advance your arrival time to make sure someone will be waiting for you and you will be able to enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour later than the scheduled arrival time, there will be an extra charge of 25€. *Crib available upon request at additional cost *Linen and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if more are needed they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach. *Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs. * Pool is only open for a few months of the year (generally from May to October). Please check availability of the pool for the chosen dates. *Bear in mind that in case the parking remote is lost during your stay, there will be an additional 75€ charge. *Your stay with us includes one basic cleaning. In case the apartment is too dirty after your departure, there will be a surcharge of €24.20 per hour. * Guests are advised that smoking inside is prohibited and a fine of €500 will be imposed for non-compliance.
