Experience the perfect holiday getaway in this charming property, featuring and open plan kitchen and lounge with a cosy log burner and a Smart TV. The ground floor also includes a convenient downstairs toilet and a welcoming porch.
Upstairs you'll find three spacious king sized bedrooms and a well appointed bathroom with both a bath and shower. Additionally enjoy access to a rear garden and parking for 2 cars.
The nearby Village Farm Cafe, Farm Shop and Artisan Barn is like a retreat on your doorstep offering delicious food, electric bike hire, floral designs, craniosacral reflexology, massage and yoga. East Portlemouth has beautiful beaches which are only a short walk away but if youâd prefer to visit Salcome you can catch the Salcombe Ferry over it only takes a few minutes please check the Salcombe Ferry timetable for timings. Next to the ferry , The Old Stable, a lovely spot where you can treat yourself to a coffee, homemade Sausage Roll or sweet treats. Watch the boats on the water or even treat yourself to a beautiful wood fired sauna (booking recommended)
The beaches on the East Portlemouth side of the estuary are a collection of sheltered sandy beaches Mill Bay, Smallâs Cove, Sunny Cove and Fishermanâs Cove, perfect for families and swimming due to their shallow clean waters, they are dog friendly but please keep your dogs under control and clean up after them.
