The house was great! Plenty of beds and we loved the fireplace. Figuring out how to turn it on was tricky. Maybe add directions for how to do that. The table and kitchen were great. The size of the table was perfect but the chairs were not very comfortable. Living room was cozy but some parts were a bit dusty.

The property was very clean and spacious! The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our group of 11 people. WiFi worked perfectly for everyone in our group. The hot tub was great! It was so nice to have a wonderful place to stay in the Cascades!

It was fine. Feels very worn. There aren’t good outdoor spaces, aside from the hot tub. There was nothing specifically wrong or bad, but we stay in 3-4 VRBOs a year, and we wouldn’t rebook this one. It was adequate, but that is all. Just adequate.

Great location. We liked the green space behind the garage for the kids to play soccer and throw the football.Don't forget your small soccer goal for the kids. Basketball hoop at the cul-de-sac was great. Access (with a fee) to a community pool was great. We spend time every day at the pool. We cooked in the whole time. Make sure to go to Owens meats to get your bbq items!

Lots of room and very well appointed. The only thing I’d suggest is to have more seating in the main living area. They accommodate 13 people (we had 11), but just not enough seating for everyone. A few more living room chairs by the fireplace would have been nice, and there is room for more seating. Very clean. Allowed dogs but really no sign of hair or doggie smell. We brought our labradoodle and she loved it. There was snow and the kids had a blast, then enjoyed the hot tub. Never turned on the TV. Great private setting on a cul-de-sac. Easy to get in and easy check out. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils and gas bbq was very handy. I left me wedding ring on the night stand and Ilea and Alicia in the office were very helpful. Mailed it back to me within days. A great family getaway and no hassle.

Few very small gripes:1 - Hottub sprung a leak on first morning, but was fixed within 45mins. GREAT service guys!2 - Home is pet friendly, however there had been cats previously. Cleaning was well done, but still had some cat dander, and 2 of my families sufferred for a couple days of cat allergy.3 - Of the 3 rentals on this block, this home was not very well stocked with kids toys/games. We did bring some of our own.4 - The pantry was LOCKED and unusable. Odd. We had to store most of our family food on the dining table for the weekend.Cleaning staff did great job preparing home for our arrival! We will return again next year.

Thanksgiving getaway

The property managers had very clear instructions and great communication. You can tell they have a lot of experience with vacation rentals. Check in was easy and smooth and the house was clean. The kitchen was fairly well stocked as far as pots and pans go, however, plan to bring your own seasonings if you will need much more than salt and pepper. This might have been more noticeable as we stayed over thanksgiving so had a fairly large menu planned. More lighting around the hot tub would have been nice. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again.
