Welcome to our stylish Croydon studio apartment 'The Retreat' with great transport links to Central London, Gatwick Airport and Brighton.
The studio apartment is located in minutes away from Croydon Station. Designed specifically to ensure guest's comfort. Within the studio is a Double sized bed, Smart TV, working station, sofa space, fully equipped kitchen and a private bathroom.
Welcome to our modern studio apartment at 'The Retreat', located in Waddon Road, Croydon - the perfect base for solo travellers, professionals, or short stays in South London.
OUR STUDIO:
The Retreat is a well-designed, self-contained studio that combines style and functionality. Inside, you'll find:
A comfortable double bed(UK) with hotel-quality linen, pillows, and duvet, bedside lamp with bedside table that features electric charging ports including a USB port. A fan, luggage rack, wall mounted mirror and floor lamp along with a cosy sofa for guest comfort.
A modern en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, and basin.
A fully equipped kitchenette featuring an electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, small fridge-with one shelf freezer, coffee machine, air-fryer, all necessary cookware and utensils and a washing machine.
A small dining or working area desk (for one guest), perfect for meals or remote work.
A Smart TV with access to streaming platforms which can be watched from either the sofa or tilted round on the stand to watch from the comfort of the bed (guest personal log ins are required to access the TV and Apps).

- Cleaning and Linen -
The apartment is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.
- Good to know -
Guests can find some complimentary tea bags and instant coffee. Other items provided during the stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a small convenience store just a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Guests can enjoy exclusive use of the entire apartment throughout the stay, facilitated by remote self-check-in for flexible arrivals from 4 pm. Our property management company, Pass the Keys®, offers 24/7 guest support for any assistance you may require before, during, or after your stay.
This is a strictly non smoking/non vaping property.
No dining table/chairs
There are no dining table or chairs to use while eating at the apartment. Meals can be eaten at the desk table (large enough for one guest) or whilst seated on the sofa guests may use the two side tables to rest plates. Please use coasters to protect these surfaces.
Parking/Driving
The house is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
There is limited payable parking on local adjoining roads. Guests should follow road signs for instructions and payment details.
This property is located in a residential building/area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
Guests are requested to please respect this much-loved apartment and treat it with the same care as guests would their own home.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
