The property, developed on two levels, offers a welcoming living area characterized by large panoramic windows. Outside, a well-kept park with swimming pool and various equipped areas offers moments of pure relaxation. The villa dominates the crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea and enjoys a strategic position that allows you to reach renowned cultural destinations such as Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve in a few minutes.

Interiors:
The property is spread over two floors connected by internal stairs. GROUND FLOOR — Entrance into the living room with open space kitchen and direct access to the furnished porch and pool; double bedroom; bathroom with shower and closet. FIRST FLOOR — Double bedroom with en suite jacuzzi, bathroom with shower and access to the terrace. The laundry room is located in an external room.
Park:
The fenced garden covers about 1000 square meters between paved areas and lawn areas. An iron gate leads to the parking area with two parking spaces, in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance. The porch at the exit of the living room on the ground floor is equipped with a dining table and sitting area. At the back of the house, on an upper level accessible by a short ramp, is the barbecue area with an adjoining shower and toilet. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa, about 2 meters away. Rectangular in shape, it measures 8 x 4 m with a constant depth of 1.50 m with a chlorine purification system. Upholstered in white PVC and equipped with a Roman staircase and access ladder. Along the perimeter there is a sunbathing area paved with paving stones and synthetic grass and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
