Surrounded by far-reaching views of the Devon countryside, it’s ideally positioned within walking distance of the Grand Western Canal Country Park and a network of scenic walks.
Inside, the cottage exudes warmth and character at every turn. The cosy living room features a smart TV, wood burner, and charming window seat -perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. The open-plan kitchen and dining area next door is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a coffee machine, dishwasher, and blender, while retaining a country-cottage feel.
Upstairs, you’ll find two inviting bedrooms: one king and one double with an ensuite shower room, both offering ample storage and views over the garden. A second bathroom downstairs features a luxurious roll-top bath surrounded by calming blue panelling - the perfect spot to unwind.
