Heather, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Just wish you could have communicated with us prior to checking-out if something wasn't right so we had the opportunity to correct it. So sorry the unit wasn't to your expectations. Alot of wear and tear on many items happens, along with same day turnover check-out and check-in happen due to high season traffic. Incidently, you had left the kitchen counters and second bedroom quite messy, so please maybe you should look in the mirror before making any judgments? Aside from that, thanks for the positive constructive critisizm as we'll try harder to make these adjustments right to our business to benefit our visitors. We are so sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay here. We should of had you vacate the property immediately for breaking several of the house rules and the use of drugs instead of letting you stay. As stated in the listing AND check-in instructions, there are no parties/gatherings allowed on the property (guests are allowed inside the unit). However, due to the backyard being a shared area with 3 units, only those listed on the reservation are allowed to use this amenity. If you would of read the listing rules and check-in information you would of known this! We do not live across the street, we live in the downstairs unit. The elderly neighbor across the street had contacted us to let us know there was a party being thrown at our property and the use of drugs was going on(pot). Once arriving home and receiving a 2nd noise and use of drug use complaint from the next door unit (and the neighbor that lives across the street) my husband went to the backyard to investigate. You were having a party in the backyard and using drugs (pot) in a shared area on the property! Again, this is clearly stated in the house rules and check-in information. He politely told you that you are breaking the house rules and you would be asked to vacate the property without a refund if you didn't immediately end your party. Despite his better judgement, he let you stay as long as your party guests vacated the backyard and all drug use halted (pot smoking). You did comply with this request so we let you stay on premises along with giving you a good review. We are not in the business of throwing individuals out w/out a refund. Despite us wanting everyone here have a great vacation, this is a tri-plex and the outside areas are shared with several other guests. There are house rules that are expected to be followed so that every guest feels respected and has a great time!

This is the furthest thing from the truth. We are sorry you broke many house rules. You brought a dog to a non-pet friendly vacation rental. We asked you once to please remove the dog from the property and you did not as it was back the next day and here until your check-out. You did not even clean up it's waste and left it on the property on the pathways to the backyard. Your reservation says 5 individuals and you had 8. There is a 2 car max allowed on the property for this unit and you had 3-4 cars. Your company was not the issue as we previously stated. The fact that you had more vechicles in the driveway blocking in the other units tenants was. You lying and breaking many house rules was the issue. There are no sand fleas in the backyard as there is no sand, it is rocks. What you are speaking of are no-seeums, which all ALL OVER FLORIDA! After of all of this upon check-out you just left a rented golf cart in the driveway with expectations that they would come pick it up. Eventually they did. When they arrived they stated that they had issues with your group just like we did! You agreed to all the house rules upon booking! Despite this, you chose to be disrespectful not only to us, but the other tenants staying in the neighboring unit. As for the dust on the ceiling fans, I will speak to my cleaning ladies. As for the comforters, I KNOW they are washed between each check-in because I AM the one who does it! This is why in our review for you, we stated we would not host you again and you are not welcome back!
