Sunny Flat with Sea View —Steps from the Beach
In Palaio Faliro, Athens' popular seaside area, our apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, offering sea views and fresh coastal air. At the intersection of two tram lines, it offers easy access to Athens City Center, Piraeus, and coastal suburbs. Two supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk.
We renovated our apartment in October 2025 and furnished it completely to welcome our guests.

When you enter the 100 m² apartment, you are greeted by a bright and spacious living room facing the sea and filled with sunlight. At each end of the living room, there are two seating areas decorated in different styles, one of which allows you to watch TV. In the center of the living room, there is a six-person dining table. The living room also has a small balcony with a sea view and a two-person seating area.
In the semi-open, fully equipped kitchen integrated with the living room, you can find all the utensils you need to cook. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, oven, and dishwasher, as well as a microwave, kettle, and coffee maker.
Of the two bedrooms we have decorated with different views, one faces the sea like the living room, and you can clearly see the sea view from its window. In the rooms, in addition to double beds, there are wardrobes for your clothes and a desk where you can work comfortably. Both rooms have doors opening to the large balcony of the house, which is furnished and allows you to enjoy the sea view.
In addition to a fully equipped bathroom/toilet, there is another half bathroom at the entrance of the house, which also includes a small foot washing area where you can rinse your feet after returning from the beach.
-One of the living room seating areas consists of sofa bed and can be easily converted into a double bed for two guests with consisting of two single mattresses.
-To cool off on hot summer days, there are three air conditioners with sufficient capacity — one in the living room and one in each bedroom. During the winter months, you can use the gas boiler for heating, or the air conditioners if you prefer.
-The apartment has a 500 Mbps internet connection and a 55-inch TV with Netflix and Prime subscriptions.
-With the shutter mechanisms that can be controlled from inside, you can close the shutters to block the light coming into the rooms and the living room.
