Welcome to my apartment!
This delightful 55² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. It is designed with a cosy and modern style, and although it is on the basement level, it has big windows, providing guests with a peaceful and bright ambience.
The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch bed, a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave, and coffee maker. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available.
There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a TV, multiple storage spaces, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two cosy single beds and an ample wardrobe.
A shared bathroom in the hall with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries to make your stay even more comfortable.
The apartment also opens onto a lovely terrace, providing the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze and a cup of coffee.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the basement level, accessible by stairs.

Guests can stroll through picturesque streets lined with historic buildings, enjoy authentic Portuguese cafés, and immerse themselves in the city’s unique atmosphere. Its central location allows visitors to explore Porto’s cultural highlights, from museums and markets to the scenic riverside, all within a short distance.
The neighbourhood offers a genuine local experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable for travellers. With public transport nearby and a variety of shops, restaurants, and bakeries close at hand, it’s an excellent base for discovering everything Porto has to offer — from its rich history and architecture to its renowned gastronomy and warm hospitality.
This two-bedroom apartment is perfect for guests looking to stay in the city centre. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The property is close to various attractions, good restaurants and shops, and the subway station is just 4 minutes away, so guests can easily travel and explore the city!
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
