The Clock Tower in Rousdon, Nr Lyme Regis sleeps two in one bedroom.
The Clock Tower is a one-bedroom property located within the Rousdon Estate, a private coastal estate situated between Lyme Regis and Seaton. The building is Grade II Listed and has been converted from the estateâs original timepiece into a three-storey residence. Access to the property is via a private entrance leading to a stone spiral staircase, which connects all floors. The first floor comprises an open-plan living area with a sitting space, wall-mounted Smart TV, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen appliances include an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. The second floor features an open-plan bedroom with a king-size bed and vaulted ceilings. The en-suite shower room includes a walk-in rainfall shower and a stone basin. The bedroom offers views across the estate and partial sea views. The top floor leads to a covered rooftop terrace located beneath the clock tower. The terrace is furnished with a table and chairs and provides panoramic views over Lyme Bay, the Axe Valley, and surrounding countryside. Heating is provided via electric radiators. Amenities include WiFi, Smart TV, bed linen, towels, fuel, and power. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Smoking is not permitted. Guests have access to 350 acres of private estate grounds, including woodland paths and a secluded beach at Charton Bay.
