the locally renowned, Balluta Buildings - an iconic landmark on the island. The largest of
our luxury apartments in this historic property. The Marquis - a 3 bedroom apartment,
which is light, spacious and beautifully combines modern sophistication with traditional
architectural touches.
This apartment is so named for the late Marquis John Scicluna who commissioned the
construction of this striking building, which stands proudly overlooking Balluta Bay and
offers guests the seafront, a variety of shops, bars, cafes, restaurants and fine dining, at
their fingertips.

Make yourself at home under the soaring ceilings, surrounded by designer interiors and
historic Maltese artisanal floor tiles in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully air conditioned
apartment. A well equipped kitchen with marble topped work surfaces, a separate dining
