On entry, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge/freezer, induction hob, fan oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, and dishwasher.
Guests are welcomed with milk, coffee, and a selection of teas, while the kitchen is also stocked with cooking essentials such as spices, oil, vinegar, and cleaning products.

From the kitchen, step into the living room, an inviting space to relax with friends or family, enjoy a book, or watch your favourite shows on the flat-screen TV.

Just a few steps down from the kitchen, there is a small guest toilet and a door leading out to the private garden, complete with a hot tub and outdoor dining set for four – ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks.

Lower Ground Floor
The lower level features two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom, and a cupboard with a washer/dryer combo for guest use.
• The first bedroom includes a king-size bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a desk.
• The second bedroom offers a super-king zip-and-link bed, a small built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a desk with a mirror above.

Please note: the super-king bed is always set up as two singles. If you would like it made up as a super-king, please let us know at least 24 hours before arrival.
Bed configuration changes cannot be made for same-day bookings.

The bathroom features a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, and toilet.

Throughout the property, you’ll enjoy central heating and free WiFi to ensure a warm and comfortable stay.

Apartment is located in town centre, just few steps away from famous Royal Crescent and The Circus.
It is surrounded with lovely restaurants, cafes, delis, as well as the market and it is a great base to explore Bath. Town centre and Roman Baths are only 15 minutes walk away.
Even though it is located so close to everything Bath has to offer it is placed in lovely quiet neighbourhood.

ALL THE WINDOWS AND DOORS CLOSED WHEN LEAVING THE PROPERTY.
