Welcome to Glan Clwyd Isa, a unique estate offering exclusive use of four beautifully situated holiday cottages for up to 24 guests (with options to expand). Perfectly designed for large groups, including family reunions, landmark birthday celebrations, or corporate retreats, the entire site ensures privacy and ample space for everyone.
Your Exclusive Amenities: When booking the whole site, you gain private access to all key amenities: two large hot tubs and a heated swimming pool (available June through September). The Big Barn provides extensive living and communal space, while The Coach House can be configured as a dedicated dining space to seat up to 22 guests (optional extra).
Unique Group Benefits: Due to our remote and private setting, Glan Clwyd Isa is an ideal choice for celebrations: when booking the full site, you benefit from a relaxed approach to noise, meaning you can fully enjoy your gathering without the strict restrictions of close neighbours. We also welcome pre-approved events, including weddings, with site fees and capacity up to 140 guests (marquee required).

Aviation: We are a perfect base for Gliding Clubs and pilots visiting the area, thanks to our close proximity to the renowned Denbigh Gliding Club.
Equestrian: We welcome guests wishing to bring their horses, offering paddock accommodation and direct access to excellent hacking trails, including Offa's Dyke.
Angling: Guests enjoy private fishing rights on the River Clwyd for sea trout and salmon, as well as complimentary fishing on our small stocked lake.

Discovering this 15th-century estate in the Vale of Clwyd inspired Hugh and Linda to restore its buildings lovingly, blending history with modern comfort. It’s a place where their family has grown, exploring the estate’s 30 acres, swimming in the pool, and sharing unforgettable moments. More than a holiday destination, Glan Clwyd Isa is a heritage-filled sanctuary that captures their dedication, love, and a desire to share its magic with discerning guests seeking a genuine North Welsh escape.
