Embrace the simplicity of hut life to rejuvenate and re-charge at Cynefin Shepherd's Hut in Llwyndafydd, Ceredigion and enjoy time to re-connect with countryside and sea.
‘Cynefin’ is perfect for singles or couples looking for a restful or romantic escape to the country and within walking distance of the spectacular Ceredigion coastline. Inside, you have all your living amenities in one place with a smart open-plan living and kitchen area for whipping up a tasty meal in the evening to enjoy cwtched (cuddled) up inside, or alfresco-style in your own outside undercover dining area.
Cynefin Shepherd's Hut is ideally located for walkers being just a short walk from the Wales Coast Path and is the perfect base for exploring the area. Cwmtydu Cove is just down the lane, which is a picturesque cove in set in a wooded valley. It has a historic lime Kiln overlooking the beach and scenic cliff walks. You often see seal pups here.
The seaside town of New Quay is close by, with sandy beaches, cafes, and restaurants; one of the best spots in West Wales to see the famous Cardigan Bay bottlenose dolphins.
Further afield, explore the colourful harbour town of Aberaeron with its pastel-painted houses and charming cafés, or visit historic Cardigan on the banks of the River Teifi, steeped in heritage and brimming with local shops, markets, and its famous Castle.
