Delightful three-storey property in the heart of Salcombe, with two bedrooms to sleep four people.
Sleeping four, St Leonards is an attractively furnished three-storey property in the heart of Salcombe, only a short walk from North Sands Beach and the shops, restaurants and galleries. There are two bedrooms in total, both on the first floor: the master has a King-size bed and the second is a twin. There is one family bathroom at this property. St Leonards has an attractively furnished sitting room, a modern kitchen and an open plan dining room. Outside there is an enclosed courtyard garden with outdoor furniture and an off-road parking space. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of 200 GBP.

There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip? Whilst staying in Salcombe, take advantage of the locally sourced seafood which is served in many of the restaurants, pubs, cafés and delicatessens.
