This stunning townhouse property benefits from an amazing location in historic Hull Old Town with views of Hull Marina.
The house has recently been furnished to a very high standard, Its slick contemporary design wonât fail to impress with high quality furnishings including new carpets, stylish fitted kitchen part of the full refurbishment of this unique apartment with 2 upstairs lavish bedrooms.
There is secure gated free parking at the property.
If your looking for a stunning apartment in a perfect Hull old town location, near Hull Marina then you`ve found it. This town house is close to the historic courtyard part of the old hull grammar school built in the 19th century is where famous old boys such as Andrew Marvel and William Wilberforce attended.
The apartment has free parking on site and will accommodate up to 4
people in the heart of the Old Town. The area is secluded and quiet. It has close proximity to tourist attractions and all City Centre amenities. Trinity church, All museums, Ferens Art Gallery, Hull Marina, Princes quay shopping centre and the Deep attraction are reachable within a few minutes by foot and both theatres and Hull stations are within a ten minute walk.
Travelling to the Docks on Hedon Rd in a vehicle is within a ten minute drive due to the easy access onto Castle Street from the apartment.

The Town house sits on the fringes of Trinity Square with the historic Holy Trinity Church providing a beautiful backdrop, a quiet idyllic location, you will never know that you are just a stones throw away from many of Hulls major attractions with the Deep being only 200 yards away as is the stunning Hull Marina with the newly re-developed Humber Street which now houses Hulls newest art gallery along with exquisite bars & restaurants.
The apartment has great road links located straight off the A63 East Bound just after Hull Marina.
There is a private car park for which permits free secured parking will be issued for your vehicle.
If you are using public transport, Hull Rail/Bus station are 10 minute walk away, or you could use our complimentary pickup service if you prefer.
We also offer a complimentary taxi service to and from the P & O Ferry Terminal just a 5-10 minute drive away.
A security/damage deposit of ÂŁ150 is due on arrival via Bank transfer and returned on checkout date
