Villa JUPITER is a cozy and private 2-storey villa, thoughtfully designed with minimalistic Nordic décor and natural finishes. Its open layout flows to outdoor balcony through floor-to-ceiling glass doors, all beneath a striking native-style thatched roof.
Inside, on the ground floor, guests will find a spacious BEDROOM
A cozy space with queen-size bed, blackout curtains, soft lighting, ceiling fan and air-conditioning for cool restful nights, and a set of large sliding doors opening onto a private outdoor GARDEN PATIO
Flexible sleeping setup: 1 queen bed + up to 2 single-size floor mattress beds (sleeps up to 4 guests).
Essentials provided: bed linens, throw blankets, hangers, towels, beach towels.
The bedroom also includes an ensuite full BATHROOM equipped with a rain shower, a toilet, a vanity table, and a relaxing bathtub

Villa JUPITER, offers a HOME STAY (we do not act as a hotel) and the Airbnb experience is all about local charm and authentic experience. We do our best to make your stay relaxing, memorable, and worry-free and we are proud we can offer this great experience to our guests.
Villa JUPITER is located within the St. JOHNNY VILLAS compound, which is a hillside property. To reach the villa, guests must climb approximately 240 steps up. While the stairs may be considered steeper than regular stairs and require some effort, the reward is a breathtaking ocean view that makes the climb well worth it.
💡 Good news: There’s a luggage lift for your luggage, so you only need to carry up yourself - not your bags - and our house manager Ric will be assisting you on arrival and departure.
AIR-CONDITIONER (AC) is located in the bedroom, living area is equipped with ceiling fan for airflow.
WATER SUPPLY
Shower water temperature is pre-set to a medium warm level (no separate hot and cold adjustment).
Bathroom and kitchen tap water is on room temperature (no separate hot and cold adjustment), which is a standard setup in homes throughout the island and sufficient for basic hygiene and washing dishes using dishwashing liquid.
Since we are a hillside property and our water supply depends on water pump, occasionally water pressure may fluctuate.
COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, dish wash, toilet paper (2 rolls), kitchen paper (1 roll), drinking water (6.6 liters). If you require additional during your stay, they are available at the following rates:
• Toilet paper: PHP 40 per roll
• Kitchen paper: PHP 100 per roll
• Drinking water: PHP 100 for 6.6 liters
HOUSEKEEPING is available on request. There is an extra fee of PHP 300 for change of bed linens.

Although located privately on the hillside, we can not entirely escape the background noises, such as roosters crowing or dogs barking in the distance or our local people enjoying themselves at their homes with occasional loud music or singing karaoke. It is all part of the island living and local lifestyle. Please be aware that from time to time some neighbourhood noises and occasional parties beyond our control may disrupt the tranquility of the surroundings.

Due to our tropical surroundings and somewhat open concept of the villa, there is a high chance you may spot small 🦎 geckos, lizards or insects, that have found their way inside - these small creatures are a natural part of island life and common across tropical homes and even in well-maintained properties unavoidable. Their presence may occasionally lead to light debris on the floor or other surfaces.
Our native thatched roof, crafted from bamboo and cogon, adds authentic island character to the villa, but as with all natural roofing, occasional small wildlife activity in the roof may result in light debris falling from above.
Therefore LIGHT DAILY UPKEEP of the suite is to be expected, and housekeeping is available upon request to keep the space fresh and comfortable.

🔥 Hot Months: April, May, and June tend to be very hot.
🌧️ Rainy/Typhoon Season: June to October is characterised by frequent rainy and typhoon conditions.
During rainy season be aware of more mosquitos all around (mosquito repellent helps keeping them away).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT POWER OUTAGES (BROWN OUTS)
Boracay Island experiences occasional power outages, known locally as brown outs. These occur island-wide and affect all properties, not just ours. Unfortunately, we have no control over the power supply, and like all residents, we do our best to adapt when outages happen.
What to Expect During a Brown Out:
• During brown outs we will operate a small back-up generator.
• Since our generator is not automatic and needs to be started manually, please allow us a reaction time, during which there will be no electricity and no water supply, as our hillside property relies on an electric pump.
• Generator use will be coordinated with you. That means when you leave the house, the generator will be switched off to save fuel and started again when you return.
We appreciate your respect for the local environment and the unique natural charm that comes with staying in the hills of Boracay!
