The space
Welcome to this delightful flat with a ground-level entrance, offering comfort and convenience in the heart of London.
Ascending just one flight of stairs, you’ll find a spacious kitchen flooded with natural light from large windows. This kitchen is equipped with modern cabinets and appliances, making it a culinary haven. Step out into the lush, green back garden—perfect for barbecues and leisurely afternoons.
A short corridor leads to an inviting living area overlooking the quiet Broughton Road. The room features an artificial fireplace, a large couch, and a TV for watching your favorite shows, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere.
Both bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind, offering ample storage units for clothing and large beds dressed with crisp, fresh linens. The master bedroom, located on the top floor, boasts its own walk-in bathroom for added privacy and convenience.
The flat has two bathrooms. The master bedroom's walk-in bathroom is complemented by a second bathroom located next to the living area on the first floor. Both bathrooms are equipped with all necessary appliances. Complimentary toiletries are provided for guests.
The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival to ensure a pristine environment. Additional cleaning services are available upon request for a separate fee, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.
Guest access
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
Other things to note
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500
