This property was perfect for our needs. While the space is small (including a small sink), it is clean, updated, well appointed and convenient for our stay while in Albuquerque. The host provided thoughtful amenities, including snacks and water. The bed was comfortable, The secure parking spot was much appreciated.Prior to our arrival we had questions about the property and surrounding area. The host was very responsive, thorough and friendly with her replies. We appreciated the insight that only a local can provide. We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta. This property was only 2 blocks away from the shuttle to the Fiesta. Also, there was a grocery store about a half mile away. The locale could not have been better.

Nice set up, a little small but everything is modern and nice. I enjoy having our own parking area that’s fenced off. Bed was super hard though, not a fan of that.

This is a prime location that gives their best towards customer hospitality. The room was clean and parking was private and off the street, with an enclosed gate. We were amongst many of the various shops, restaurants, and local entertainment. Neighborhood is fairly quiet and safe as well. We also loved the up to date decor. Overall, this has been a superb stay and we will be coming back the next concert we attend. :)

Property is nice and clean, but it is a garage turned into a room. The listing details are misleading. The bed is not a king bed and there’s no kitchen sink. The bathroom sink is very tiny. The space is very small for a family of 3, if the details and pictures were accurate I would not have booked this property, we ended up paying a big amount for a single uncomfortable night. On a positive note, the owner responded quickly and agreed to give a partial refund which is almost half of what we paid. Thank god because we had to pay for another accommodation for the rest of the weekend!

Thank you for your feedback, Claire. We’re sorry to hear that the space did not meet your expectations. We always strive to provide an accurate description and photos of the property, including the size, bed type, and kitchenette amenities, so guests can determine if the space is the right fit for their stay. As soon as you contacted us and expressed that the accommodations were not suitable for your family, we responded immediately and were happy to work with you on modifying your reservation and providing a refund for the unused portion of your stay. We appreciate your kind words regarding the cleanliness of the property and our responsiveness, and we wish you and your family all the best.
