At the “B&B mare mio SUITE” (80 m²), you’ll stay in a splendid, elegant apartment that is spacious, bright, welcoming, tastefully furnished and enjoys excellent east/south/west-facing views. With a partial sea view and a reserved parking space (on request, subject to availability), your “B&B mare mio SUITE” is located on the second and top floor of a small building constructed in the 1950s.
The four double-glazed, soundproof PVC French windows provide access to two comfortable, liveable balconies: one with a partial sea view, the other, fitted with a sunshade, overlooking the square with its lush greenery and street furniture. Upstairs, there is a 160m² terrace with unobstructed 360° views. In addition to the self-service laundry facilities, your SUITE features a very elegant and spacious private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The heating is independent, with natural gas-fired aluminium radiators; air conditioning with split inverter units; Wi-Fi and TV.
Just 150 metres away is the sea with a long stretch of beach where you’ll have a parasol, chair and sun lounger reserved just for you; 100 metres away is the ‘strada parco’, with its characteristic Wednesday market; 1 km away is the shopping promenade with various shops and the nightlife scene with its pedestrianised area.

Our guests are right in the heart of the city. The entire area, starting with the square, has recently been renovated and is full of street furniture, making it a natural focal point for the whole neighbourhood.

The area is well-served by all the essential amenities: shops and craft businesses of all kinds, a supermarket, fishmonger, bar/ice cream parlour, restaurants/delicatessens/pizzerias, gym/swimming pool, beauty/wellness centre, hairdressers for men and women, shops, bank, post office, pharmacy, place of worship, bus stop, etc.
