Blossom Tree Cottage is a spacious family home in the vibrant Cotswolds village of Bourton on the Water. Set only minutes from the town centre, there is a wonderful balance between a peaceful location and easy access to location attractions.
My home has one super king size and two double sized bedrooms, two with ensuite facilities and comfortably sleeping 6 in total. There is a delightfully large open plan living space, with access to private garden and off-road parking for up to two cars.
Welcome to our family home! Set in the market town of Bourton on the Water, my home is set in a peaceful location, yet only minutes walk from the town centre!
Guests enter the property to the side of the house, which you will take you into the large modern open plan kitchen and dining area. It is a wonderful space, with light streaming in from the garden through the bifold doors. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes an island with breakfast bar stools, electric hob and oven, microwave, as well as plenty of kitchenware and storage space for guests. Heading towards the rear of the property is the dining area, which has ample space for six diners and lovely views of the back garden.
The adjacent living room offers plenty of comfy seating, large Smart TV and corner fireplace, perfect for those cosy evenings!
Completing the layout downstairs, at the the front of the property is a large bedroom, with double bed and Smart TV; a perfect space for guests not wishing to climb the stairs. Across the hallway is a family bathroom with free-standing bath and separate walk-in shower.
Heading up to the first floor you will find the master bedroom with super-king sized bed and separate double sized bedroom. Both bedrooms have Smart TVs and ensuite shower rooms. All beds coming with hotel quality crisp cotton sheets, fluffy towels for each guest and complementary toiletries.
Heading back downstairs and outside through the bifold doors is the wonderful spacious private and fully enclosed garden. It is a perfect space to spend a summers day with plenty of outside seating and dining furniture. The peaceful garden backs onto a local walking path.
There is free off-road parking for up to two cars
Unfortunately the property does not accept pets.
Travel cot and high chair can be provided on request for a small additional fee.
Please no smoking or vaping is permitted throughout the property. As the property is in a quiet residential area, we also request guests respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.
CHECK IN
Check in time is from 3pm but we will try to let you get into the house sooner, if requested. It just depends if we have guests staying the night before.
CHECK OUT
Check out is 10am, so we can get the property ready for our next guests.
Guests will have access to the whole property, including the private garden.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
