The Space:
This modern 2-bedroom house has been newly refurbished to create a bright and welcoming base for your Manchester stay. Perfect for up to 4 guests, the home offers a relaxing lounge with smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen for cooking at home, and two comfortable bedrooms with fresh linens and storage.
Free on-street parking and an on-site EV charger make arrival simple. The Co-op Live Arena and Etihad Stadium are both a short walk away, while the city centre is easy to reach by car, tram, or bus.
Designed with comfort and convenience in mind, it’s ideal whether you’re here for concerts, football, or a city break.
Both bedrooms can be set up with either a King bed or 2 x Twin (single) beds - we just need to know your preferred layout at least 2 days before checkin.

We are about a 30 minute drive/taxi journey from Manchester Airport. Taxis are available at the Airport Arrivals section (no Ubers allowed at the station) and can be booked in advance from the Airport website.
We recommend taxis as the fastest and best value (~£28-30 for a normal car (4 people, 2 large bags) or £42-45 for a larger taxi (5-8 people with 4 large bags)).
You can also get the train from the Airport to Manchester Piccadilly Train Station, which takes around 15-25 minutes and costs around £3-5 per person.

We have free driveway parking for one vehicle on our driveway, and parking for one further vehicle on the street with our permit (advance registration required)
Other Things to Note:
This property has a 'Minut' safety device which monitors humidity, temperature and noise levels (without recording audio, it reports volume level in decibels).
Important: We are committed to protecting our properties so our guests are required to choose between paying a refundable £250 security deposit, or a non-refundable damage waiver for £35 (the waiver indemnifies you from £250 of accidental damages).
Guests are required to complete an online pre-checkin via our partner Enso Connect, which includes ID and selfie verification. This enables us to comply with UK law (Immigration (Hotel Records) Order 1972) and details are retained for 12 months. A web link will be sent to you shortly after your booking is confirmed.

Late Checkout – 11am: £25
Any other requests that are earlier (for checkin) or later (for checkout) are subject to availability, and further supplements may apply.
The security/damages deposit or waiver and any supplements will be collected via secure card payment through our online pre-checkin through Enso Connect.
The EV Charger is available, at a rate of 40p per kWh. It is a 7kW Type 2 Charger, and you will need to bring your own charging cable.
