The old farmhouse at Brackenthwaite Farm, a cottage consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining room with dining table for six, a sitting room with two sofas, armchair, wall-mounted smart TV with Netflix, woodburning stove, and thick limestone walls and original ceiling beam, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of two super-king-sizes and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, and basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio with furniture. Non-enclosed front garden with picnic bench and charcoal barbecue. Shared 2.5-acre enclosed field with balls and throws for dogs plus a dedicated play area for children with a trampoline, swings, and slides. Off-road private parking for one car, additional in the courtyard around the back. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
