Situated in the heart of Selly Oak, on Escelie Way, you'll be close to the University of Birmingham, local shops, restaurants, and excellent public transport links.
Step into our chic, thoughtfully designed homeoffering a blend of modern convenience with a dash of home-like warmth. Perfectly equipped to accommodate six guests, the space oozes tranquillity and style, rendering it the ideal choice for your Birmingham escapade.
The living area bathed in an abundance of natural light, is a versatile space. A large TV complements this space, making it perfect for cosy Netflix nights after a day of exploration.
There is a modern kitchen - sleek, sophisticated, and kitted out with all essentials. whether you fancy whipping up a quick breakfast or a filling dinner, our kitchen won't disappoint.
The bathroom continues the theme of contemporary design, featuring high-end fixtures and a generous stock of essential toiletries, promising a stress-free start or peaceful end to your day.
We prioritise your safety and comfort; there are smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a fire extinguisher on the premises. Further comfort comes from the heating for those chillier nights.
Guests will have exclusive, uninhibited access to the entire place Your stay includes free on-site parking and unrestricted usage of our high-speed WiFi. a private entrance ensures you have complete privacy during your stay.
Our team is readily available if you have any queries before, during or after your stay. Feel free to contact us at any given time and we will do our best to get back to you within the hour. We are available every day between 10 a.m. - 10 p.m. via message and 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. on our phone line.
Surveillance camera in the property, only monitoring the front door, for your safety as well as ours.
A noise monitor is present, which can only detect the decibels in the property, to prevent parties.
10 a.m. is our standard check-out time however, we offer a 2-hour later check-out for 12 noon, if this better suits your stay with us, for a small fee of £30, subject to availability.
Check-out is when the keys are received back, if this is later than the agreed check-out time, you will incur a charge. The charge is dependent on how much later the keys are received.
There is also a fully refundable security deposit of £200, which is collected offline, we require prior to check in.
If house rules are obeyed and no damages caused, the deposit clears from your bank statement 3 - 5 working days after your check-out.
We require all guests to send a form of identification (ID), preferably a drivers license, or a passport with address proof (utility bill) to be uploaded in a third party link.
Our customer service team closes at 10 p.m., it is required that all verification is complete 24 hours prior to check in, upon last minute bookings we recommend doing this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your check in. Please note verification can take up to an hour to complete.
