Welcome to Grafton Copper, a stylish city apartment set in the heart of Brighton’s lively Kemptown. Sleeping up to 2 guests, this contemporary home offers the perfect base for exploring everything the city has to offer. Just a short stroll from the Lanes with its boutique shops, cafés, cinemas, and pubs – and only minutes from Brighton Pier and beach – this apartment puts you at the centre of it all.

KITCHEN / LIVING AREA /BEDROOM
The open-plan studio has been thoughtfully designed with charm and character, featuring exposed wood details and visually pleasing interiors. With space to dine or work, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a large Smart TV, the apartment combines comfort with style. The enormous bed ensures a restful night’s sleep, and other essentials, including a kettle, bar fridge, microwave, 2 ring plate oven and stove, crockery, glassware, and cutlery, are provided for your convenience. We also offer complimentary tea and coffee, as well as salt and pepper – so please help yourself.
The dining table seats up to 2 guests, where you'll find the sociable and light living space set up with a Smart TV, making it a lovely spot for relaxing, enjoying drinks together, or catching up after a day out. If you prefer, you can unwind and stream your favourite shows with the free WiFi.
The studio features a 180cm wide super king-size bed for 2 guests
BATHROOM
- The spacious bathroom boasts a walk-in shower with a separate bath, double sink, mirror and toilet.
We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mats.

There is an iron, an ironing board and a hairdryer for guests to use

Our Guest Promise
We want you to arrive at a spotless home. If anything has been missed with the cleaning, please let us know straight away, and we will put it right as a priority. If we are unable to resolve it on the same business day, we will offer to move you to another property or refund you for the affected time!
Check-In
We’ll send your check-in instructions via email and SMS at 3 pm on your arrival day for check-in from 4 pm, once your damage deposit/waiver has been paid.
Damage Deposit
We work closely with our property owners to protect their homes and take damage deposits for all bookings. The day before check-in (or on the same day, if applicable), you’ll receive a 3D Secure link to select your preferred damage deposit option. The full deposit is simply pre-authorised on your card and released within 7 days of check-out if no breakages or damages are reported. Guests who prefer not to do a fully refundable damage deposit have the option of a one-off non-refundable damage waiver at a much lower cost.
Smoking
To keep our properties fresh and clean for all guests, smoking of any kind, leaving traces behind suggesting smoking of any kind, or vaping (including e-cigarettes), is not allowed indoors. Please smoke on the street or patio area, if available.
Noise
To help keep things peaceful for our neighbours, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10 pm and 8 am. We want you to have a great time. A little consideration goes a long way to making sure everyone can enjoy their evenings (and get a good night’s sleep!)
Not all properties can host hen, stag, or similar group celebrations. If you’re planning one, just drop us a message, and we’ll happily guide you to a property that can accommodate your group.
Please note that call-outs due to excessive noise or parties may incur a fee.

Check-out is by 11 am. Unauthorised late departures may incur a £50 per hour fee.
Before You Leave and as a consideration to future guests, please:
Wash up the used dishes.
Bag rubbish and use the correct recycling bins.
Return keys to the key safe (OR) Keynest location.
Switch off the lights.
Close all windows.
Turn down the heating.
These steps help us prepare for the next guests and save energy; every little bit counts.
