The Farmhouse consists of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, a utility with a washing machine, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a second sitting room. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a further super-king-size, a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC, and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden courtyard with lawn, corner sofa and barbecue, and off-road parking for 3 cars. Two well behaved dogs welcome. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, within 0.9 miles a canal, and within 1.3 miles a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included in the price, and a highchair is available on request.
