Welcome to Easy Breezy! This 770 sq ft delightful home located in popular Sea Isle Subdivision is the perfect spot for families and anglers alike.

This cozy home is located on a canal. Great for fishing straight off the pier and includes a fish cleaning station. Green lights are on for the night fisher in you. The large fully covered deck overlooking the canal is great for enjoying your morning coffee, or the evening breeze from the bay. You’ll love the open downstairs area for entertaining or grilling on the bbq. Plus, a completely fenced in yard perfect for your four legged companions! And the beach is only a few minutes drive away!

The yard is great for any of the outdoor gatherings for your special events. Swings are under the patio. You can sit at the bar and watch all the ballgames or golf tournaments from the downstairs TV.

Ground Level: Parking for 4 vehicles; Laundry room; ice machine on propety; Additional full outdoor bathroom.

Main Level: Open concept living room with TV, DVD, and queen sleeper sofa; dining and kitchen: Shared hallway bathroom. Main Bedroom with a Queen bed and TV. 2nd Bedroom with two sets of Bunk Beds (4 Twins). Covered deck with seating.

Subdivision Amenities: Sea Isle Community Pool is available by purchasing a $100 pool pass from Sea Isle Subdivision. There is also a public park, tennis courts, picnic area pavilion, bait shop, convenience store and restaurant available.

Location: 2 minutes to the Beach; 17 mile drive to 61st Street; 20.1 mile drive to 25th & Strand; 16.3 miles to Moody Gardens/Schlitterbahn Waterpark.

Notes: Although provided, WiFi access service can be unreliable here on the West End of Galveston Island. We apologize, but we are unable to guarantee these amenities will be working during your stay and will be unable to offer refunds for disruption of these services.

GREAT PLACE FOR FISHING AND FAMILY!

Absolutely loved the place. Setup great for fishing and family fun. We BBQ’ed and relaxed outside under the porch and fished and the neighbors were all friendly as well! Close to water, highly recommend!

What a great time!

The house was even cuter than the pictures, and it was so accommodating for my family. We thoroughly enjoyed the covered dock area. My kids spent hours catching crab and fish. The West End Marina & Restaurant is a short walk away, and the neighborhood is so safe, nice and quiet. We look forward to booking this one again!

A great place!

Kay, the property manager, was so great, extremely professional and responsive. The WiFi worked well. We caught some big redfish in the canal on croaker. Lots of kids swimming in the canal all day long. We used the boat ramp and the neighbor was kind to let us use their slip. The place was spotless, comfortable, and fun!

Really close to good fishing areas. Ice machine was great to have. Washing machine needed service and housekeeping failed to leave soap for kitchen or bath. Owner was great to work with. Camera security on premise. We would stay there again.

Great fishing spot

This house is on a canal close to the big bay so the fishing was great. We caught red fish right off the dock and some crabs in the crab traps. There is an ice maker downstairs by the porch which was a nice perk. Cute little house perfect for a family fishing vacation. We rented a golf cart so the beach was just A short ride away. Owner was very responsive and helpful any time I reached out. Would definitely recommend!

Memorial weekend

The house was beautifully located on the canal, a few blocks from the beach. Well stocked with linens and dishes. We were welcomed with a plate full of goodies including a bottle of wine, very nice touch. My only disappointment was the bathroom downstairs. It’s supposed to be a full bathroom but the shower is non working since it’s missing the knobs and the bathroom itself is not very clean. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not, I suggest to bring your own pillows. Overall, this property is beautiful and the communication was great.

Okay place

I would say this is a great place to stay, but my main thing was they had several cameras outside on the property, several pointing at an area that my family and I were using a lot, felt like we were being watched. They did inform us that they weren't looking at them but we did move them to point different directions and not right at our family and the next day they called to tell us to move them back or we would be removed from the property. There was about 3-4 cameras we counted. So if your not into all that don't book this place, if you don't mind book it its a nice clean place with easy beach access.

Anna, We appreciate your feedback on the cameras. We do not watch what our guests are doing during their stay. We do however check the cameras to be sure that there aren't any issues on the property. Also--please note-they are ALL outside the home, no cameras are inside the house. We have cameras to protect both your family and us if anything happens on the property. Clean and Fun!

The house allows events which was our priority and was a great house for hosting our young boys birthday family gathering! The yard was large and wide open. The canal provide endless fishing enjoyment for us and our guests! Some great amenities we were pleasantly surprised by were the powerful fans under the deck (Texans in June know the value here!) as well as a large ice maker! The ice machine made it so much easier for the cooler and hosting, especially since stores are limited on the west end of the island. The kitchen is lacking a little supplies..bring your own spices, oils, cookie sheets and large skillet if you need them. Theres not a dishwasher so we used paper plates as much as possible. The rooms and bathroom felt clean and the space is used well to maximize for sleeping. Beds were comfortable, curtains darkened the master room amazing. The couch pulled out to a bed which made for sweet cousin sleepovers in the living room! You do not have access to the pool, it’s an owners only pool. So I think that could be better advertised. The kids were bummed when we walked into the pool only to be turned away by an uppity person swimming in the pool claiming to be in charge of monitoring the “owners only pool” and that we would have to pay 100 to swim. The marina store, bait shop and restaurant were amazing to have in walking distance and we got our use of them.I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again!

Easy Breezy Fishing Fun

My husband and I and our 10 year old son stayed at the house. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and the house was what we were looking for. It was wonderful staying on the canal. We could walk out the back door and fish at any time with no traveling. There was a green fishing light already in place! The drive to the beach was less than five minutes. San Luis Pass was also nearby. There was plenty of seating outside the house so we could enjoy the outdoors comfortably. Everything we needed was nearby and it was really nice to have the ice machine. On Friday night, the marina got going and we could hear the music from the house. It was karaoke and we had fun listening to it. Inside the house was quiet. The bed in the main bedroom was comfortable. On the down side, whoever was responsible for removing the trash from the last guests failed. We were greeted with a large trashcan under the patio with smelly trash. The shower door also leaked, but there was a shower towel for the floor. There were other little things that needed repair, but it did not affect our stay. Would we stay again? Yes! We were able to get away and it was nice to be able to relax.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We have a trash service and have gotten with them on the removal of the trash cans (trash is once a week-Mondays). Thank you for staying with us and letting us know the issue (shower leaking) you found. We will care for them. Hope to have you visit again.

Had a wonderful time at the rental and the POC was excellent as someone to contact for issues. We had a few issues checking in but the POC was awesome in regard to helping and answering whenever we called.
