Patras Palm Tree is a 50 sq.m. apartment built 750 m. from the beach front, within a beautiful and lush garden with grass, palm trees and jasmine! It consists of a comfortable bedroom with a desk, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room and a bathroom. The accommodation provides free Wi-Fi access, as well as a flat-screen TV, a radio system with a CD player and air conditioning. There is a smoke detector in both areas of the apartment, while we offer bed linen and towels for up to 4 guests. Our guests can wander around all the areas of the garden and sit on the outdoor furniture while enjoying their food or drink. Our guests can also easily find parking almost outside the house. Patras Palm Tree is located in a central location, just a few minutes from the coastal road from which our guests can head to the city center, in about 10 minutes by car, but also to the Vrachnaiki area where there are seaside taverns, cafes and bars. At a very close distance of 50 m. from the accommodation you will find a super market, butcher, bakery, fishmonger, kiosk and pharmacy. Also very close is the Patras ring road from where our guests can easily and quickly head to the Pampeloponnisiako stadium, the "Agios Andreas" hospital, the TEI and the surrounding areas, as well as to destinations outside the city. The accommodation is suitable for accommodation during the Patras carnival. It is located 10 minutes by car from the amber Georgiou Square, where all the events during the Patras Carnival take place, such as the Great Parades, the Carnival of the Little Ones, the famous Bourboulia, the Hidden Treasure games, as well as the daily parties and official dances that make the city never sleep. The area is regularly connected to the city center by public transport and the public transport stop is 50m. from the house. Furthermore, 750m. from the accommodation is the “Paralia” stop of Line 2 at the “Eva”/“Stasi Tsirogianni” position of the Suburban Railway, on “25th March” and “Sounio”/“Agiou Spyridonos” streets. The suburban train connects the Paralia area with both the city center and the nearby beaches of Kato Achaia.
