This delightful 110² property offers a welcoming and comfortable retreat, ideal for families or friends looking to enjoy a memorable stay in the city. Designed in a modern and colourful style with large windows, this apartment offers guests a bright and peaceful atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
The living space includes a cosy sitting area with a TV for relaxed evenings, air conditioning for comfort, and a dining table for sharing meals. The open-concept kitchen is perfect for gathering together, fully equipped with an oven, cooking plate, microwave, coffee maker, cookware and cutlery to easily make home-cooked meals.
Each of the four bedrooms is thoughtfully styled to feel welcoming. The first features a king-size bed, the second has two single beds, while the remaining two each offer a comfortable double bed.
Two shared bathrooms are prepared with everything you need, including fresh towels, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and convenient stay.
A charming terrace completes the apartment, the ideal spot to enjoy the gentle breeze and a morning coffee outdoors.
The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. IT IS LOCATED ON THE 3RD FLOOR, ACCESSIBLE BY STAIRS.

Setúbal is a captivating city where the charm of the sea blends seamlessly with rich cultural heritage. Visitors can wander through its historic centre, filled with lively squares, traditional shops and inviting cafés, before heading to the bustling market to discover the region’s renowned fresh produce and delicacies. The city also boasts a vibrant atmosphere, making it an excellent place to experience authentic Portuguese life.
Just moments away lies the stunning Arrábida Natural Park, with its rolling green hills and pristine beaches that feel like hidden treasures. From here, guests can enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic, take a boat trip to spot dolphins in the Sado River, or simply savour the local seafood in one of the many celebrated restaurants along the waterfront.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.
The nearest bus station, Setúbal (R Gil Eanes 16), is just a 2-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 35-minute drive from the property.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
