Modernes 2-Bett, Schlafmöglichkeit für 4 in Gourock

We strongly disagree with the suggestion that this cancellation was intentional or that we acted dishonestly. The reservation was cancelled because an **unforeseen safety issue was identified at the property**, and we could not responsibly allow a guest to stay while that risk existed. Guest safety must always come before a booking or financial consideration. We also want to make it absolutely clear that **the booking was refunded in full**. The decision to cancel was made solely because of the safety concern and was not related to any intention to retain the guest’s money. We understand that having a booking cancelled at short notice is frustrating, but describing the situation as a scam is simply inaccurate. We acted to protect our guest’s safety and handled the cancellation and refund accordingly.
