There certainly should not have been missing lightbulbs and we will bring this to our maintenance team's attention. Hi De, Thanks so much for taking the time to share this feedback, we really appreciate it. We feel terribly sorry about the roofing that occurred during your stay - this work was scheduled by the HOA, and unfortunately was completely beyond our control. Although we repeatedly requested a timeline so that we could provide ample notice to our guests, we were not notified until the day prior, which is why you received such short notice. We passed along the information we were given as soon as we received it, but unfortunately we were given last minute notice as well. This roofing work has since been completed, but we completely understand the damper this must have put on your vacation. The road work that is occurring on Highway 89 is being performed by the sate of Wyoming, and unfortunately is also out of our control. Ultimately, this roundabout will make turning onto the highway from Teton Shadows far easier, but we understand that road work can be frustrating in the meantime. If there were anything we could do to ease this stress, we certainly would, but unfortunately, this is completely beyond our control. I'm glad that we were able to resolve your toilet issue so quickly, but wish we had known about your screen door so that we could have gotten this fixed for you during your stay! We are looking into this now, and will also explore replacing the shower heads at Teton Shadows. We hope to welcome you back to Jackson Hole someday so that you can experience the 5 star experience a majority of our guests feel they receive! Cheers, The Outpost Crew
