Our modern annex offers a thoughtfully designed layout that maximizes comfort and functionality:

• Well-equipped modern kitchen with all essential appliances
• Separate utility area with washing machine, microwave, and storage

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR SUMMER 2024:
Please be aware that the annex will be undergoing renovations during August 2025 and is unavailable for bookings during this period. Upon completion, the space will feature new, updated furniture and fixtures. The images shown currently represent the layout and style, but the actual furniture will be refreshed and upgraded. We look forward to welcoming guests to our newly renovated space from September onwards.

GUEST ACCESS & ACCESSIBILITY
• The annex is accessed through our main garden gate on Buffins Road
• There are two steps down at the gate entrance
• Follow the path through our garden to reach your private annex entrance
• Once inside the garden, the path to your entrance is level
ACCESSIBILITY NOTE:
• If you require wheelchair access or have mobility concerns, we have a ramp available
• Please notify us at least 48 hours before your arrival if you need the ramp to be installed
• The ramp can be put in place over the steps to ensure smooth access
• The rest of the path and annex entrance are level and wheelchair accessible
• Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific accessibility requirements
ADDITIONAL ACCESS INFORMATION:
• Self check-in details will be provided before arrival
• External lighting is installed along the entire path
• Your private courtyard space is exclusively for your use
• The garden pathway is shared, but your annex and courtyard are completely private
• Gate code/key details will be sent in your check-in instructions

• We (Adam and family) live in the main house
• We have two boys (ages 7 and 9) who are often out doing their own clubs but you might sometimes hear them
• Our listing is dog friendly and our own Yorkshire Terrier (Daisy) is part of the family. Please only book with your dog if they get along with other dogs.
• Daisy is well-behaved and gentle but may say hello in the garden!
