To access the villa there is a path which is 106cm wide. The front door has a width of 110cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 142cm wide. The path to the poolside is 106cm wide. There is 1 step down from the patio doors onto the terrace and 1 step up to the pool. There is also 1 step down from the decking area to the lawn. The terrace is a mixture of decking, tiles and grass. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 69cm, whilst all bathrooms have a door width of 69cm.
