This secure and private Mayfair apartment is set on the 4th floor of a charming period building with lift access and offers 108 sqm of beautifully presented living space. The main bedroom features a super king bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobes. The mezzanine level provides a cosy second sleeping area with a UK small double bed (120 cm x 190 cm), ideal for extra guests or a quiet retreat.
There are two bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower, and the other with a shower-over-bath. The bright reception and dining area is a highlight, with bay windows, elegant cornicing, and a statement staircase leading to the mezzanine.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, and all essential cookware. The apartment also benefits from, a lift, portable air conditioning units (in the master bedroom and mezzanine), WiFi, and a Secure entry system.

The building’s lift is sufficient but compact – unfortunately, it is not wheelchair accessible.
As with many beautiful period buildings, the layout and lift size reflect the property’s historic character.
Rubbish and recycling collection follows Westminster Council schedules, with disposal permitted from 8pm onwards — details provided in the welcome guide.
