Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows that seamlessly connect the indoors with the outdoor pool terrace. The interior is designed for comfort and refinement, blending natural textures with modern finishes. The fully equipped kitchen offers ample space for meal preparation and casual dining, complemented by a separate pantry for added convenience.



The villa features seven elegant bedrooms, including two lavish master suites with king-size beds, sea-view balconies, walk-in wardrobes, and en suite bathrooms with bathtubs. The layout also includes a dedicated children’s room furnished with two bunk beds and its own en suite, a guest bedroom with two king-size beds and independent access, and three additional double bedrooms on the lower level, all with en suite bathrooms, dual showers, smart controls, and private balconies. A staff bedroom with four single beds and its own en suite bathroom is also available, ensuring that guests and any accompanying staff are accommodated in equal comfort.



Villa Mythía’s extensive facilities include a private, heated infinity pool with a six-person Jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with a gas BBQ, designer sun loungers, and shaded dining areas perfect for al fresco meals with a view. For wellness and recreation, the property boasts a fully equipped Techno Gym, an indoor playroom for children, and a lift connecting all levels of the house. Smart home features, high-speed Starlink Wi-Fi, a modern generator, and gated security ensure maximum comfort, safety, and convenience throughout the stay.



Guests will enjoy the benefit of daily housekeeping, 24/7 night security, and full maintenance of the property, including pool and garden care. Please note that a security deposit of €10,000 is required for reservations exceeding three nights and will be collected prior to arrival. Pets may be allowed upon prior request, and indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. Hen, stag, or similar parties are not permitted under any circumstances. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00; timings may be flexible depending on availability.
