This beautiful apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. Modern city living and period charm blend together seamlessly in this stunning apartment, with original windows and high ceilings throughout. The open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, as well as a breakfast bar, sofa, armchair and a smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment, perfect for those that need to work, and keep connected on social media. The 2 spacious bedrooms both feature plenty of storage space for clothes and comfortable double beds with crisp hotel linen (the second bedroom has a small double). There is a modern family bathroom with a shower over bath and complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels are provided for your use.

Upper Holloway is a charming district in North London, with quiet tree-lined Victorian terraces, and plenty of green space. The apartment is just 2 minutes walk from Holloway Road and nearby Junction Road, home to an array of restaurants, pubs, cafes and supermarkets. Upper Holloway Overground and Archway Underground Stations are both less than 5 minutes walk from the property, meaning you have quick and easy access to central London and other areas.
Getting Around:
There are numerous shops, bars, restaurant and cafes within easy walking distance of the property. If you need to venture further afield, you have a choice of Upper Holloway Overground and Archway Underground Stations, which are both less than 5 minutes walk from the property. Central London takes just 15 minutes on the tube, and there are also local busses servicing Holloway Road for shorter journeys.

Please note if you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to the late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
· For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 charge.
· For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 charge.

· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information to confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order for us to arrange and confirm your check in.
