The living space features a comfortable sitting area, including a double couch bed, with a TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table. The open-concept kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socialising and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutlery to make delicious meals, such as an oven, cooking plate, microwave and coffee maker.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated and includes a comfortable double bed, multiple storage spaces, and an ensuite bathroom.

The apartment also opens onto a small balcony, which is the perfect place to enjoy the soft breeze with a cup of coffee.

The property is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. It is located on the 2nd floor, only accessible by stairs.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

In the heart of Aveiro, visitors will find a charming area where tradition and modernity blend effortlessly. The colourful façades and tiled buildings evoke the city’s maritime heritage, while nearby canals invite guests to take a leisurely moliceiro boat ride. Quaint cafés and artisan shops line the streets, offering local delicacies and handcrafted goods.

A short walk leads to cultural landmarks and lively squares, where the scent of freshly baked pastries mingles with the sound of conversation and music. Whether exploring historic churches, enjoying fresh seafood, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, this part of Aveiro offers a truly authentic Portuguese experience.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest train station, Aveiro, is just a 19-minute walk or an 8-minute drive.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is a 1-hour and 5-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
