We are proud to present this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the Valentino Golf III, in Villamartin, Orihuela-Costa. Valentino Golf III is a newly built complex that offers a communal swimming pool with an adjoining children’s pool, children's play area and outdoor workout area. There is also lift access, parking space, Wi-Fi and vented air-conditioning throughout. The property is in an ideal location, just a short walk (15 minutes) , from the well-known Villamartin Plaza, which hosts several bars and restaurants that offer live entertainment.For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The property has 2 bedrooms, both offer plenty of built-in wardrobe space. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed and an ensuite toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a King-sized bed. The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink with a vanity unit.
The living and dining area has been planned out beautifully, it’s an open plan area with a comfortable sofa, modern TV unit, and dining table with four chairs. There is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, etc.
This property has hot and cold air-conditioning throughout the entire property, from the living room and master bedroom there are sliding doors leading you out onto the balcony.
The balcony is located just off the living room and has a dinning table and rattan chairs. The washing machine you can find in the outside closet.
This property also has lift access, and Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment.
