A newly refurbished two bedroom apartment ideally located for professionals, families and goups visiting Sunderland.
FANTASTIC CENTRAL LOCATION
The apartment is a short walk to Sunderland Royal Hospital, a short walk to the new Crown Works film studios in Pallion, only a few hundred meters from Pallion metro station from where you can connect to the rest of the north east and is only a five minute drive or fifteen minute walk from the city centre. The Stadium Of Light is an eight minute drive or forty five minute walk away and Sunderland university is only two kilometres from the apartment with great public transport links, Nissan Sunderland is only six miles away and is easily reachable from the apartment. Pallion high street which is a stones throw away has a plethora of shops and food takeaways to suit most tastes.
Easily accessible from both the A1 and the A19 plus there is free parking available outside the property making it super convenient to drive to.
THE SPACE
Affordable Luxury1 has just been renovated to a high standard and has fast wifi internet throughout, there is a large wall mounted smart TV in the living room as well as a large wall mounted smart TV and sofa in the boutique style king sized bedroom.
Affordable Luxury1 is fitted with blackout blinds throughout the property, ideal for people working nights or for guests who prefer to lay in and not be woken by the sun.
The apartment is purposely renovated with a focus on both comfort and safety, there are integrated fire alarms, heat and smoke sensors and fire doors throughout the property so that you can relax knowing that every step has been taken to ensure your stay is as safe as it is comfortable.
Clean towels and bedding are provided.

Equipped with a king sized bed or two zip and lock single beds with headboards which can be zipped and locked together making a king sized bed*
A sofa bed which seats three but only makes a small bed suitable for a child.
This bedroom has a wall mounted smart TV, a feature fire place, a mirror and a built in wardrobe with hangers where guests can hang and place their clothes.
**Please advise on booking if you require one king sized or two single beds in that room.
BEDROOM TWO
Equipped with two single beds*
a mirror and a chest of drawers which guests can use to store clothes and other items during a stay.
**These two single beds can not be pushed together to make a double.
KITCHEN
Newly fitted and comprising of a cooker/hob, a washer, a clothes maiden, a fridge freezer, a toaster, a kettle and a microwave. There is also a cafetière and freshly ground coffee available for guests who prefer to start the day with a filter coffee.
Instant coffee, tea and sugar are also available for guests use.
BATHROOM
Newly fitted, newly tiled and comprising of bath, shower, toilet, hand basin and storage unit with mirrored doors making it easy and convenient to shave or to do make up.
