Guests will receive a 13% discount for 1 week stays.

For your convenience, we offer fresh linen and towels for each guest, an iron and ironing board, shampoo and soaps. A hoover and hairdryer is also provided.

We kindly ask all guests to take extra care when using them, especially when carrying items or going up/down at night.



Other things to note:



Guests will require to submit their Identity Documents as part of our check in process and sign our terms and conditions. Check in instructions will not be released until this has been actioned.

If you require an early check in, please request from a member of the team and we may be able to accommodate.



Check out: 10am or earlier

If you require a late check out, please request from a member of the team and we may be able to accommodate.



Parties/ Smoking/ Loud Noise is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit will be used towards extra costs in removing you.



Quiet times after 9pm (Please show respect to the neighbours around you).



Security Cameras are positioned on both the front and back of the property for safety purposes.
