Bright spacious apartment in Nine Elms

Bright & Spacious 1-Bedroom One-bathroom apartment in the heart of Nine Elms. The apartment features high ceilings and full-height windows, giving the space a light and airy feel. Decorated in neutral tones with a mix of contemporary and traditional furniture, it's a comfortable place to stay.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Bedroom: One king-sized bed.

Additional Bed: An inflatable airbed is available on request and can be set up in the living room area. Please let me know in advance if you require it.

Guest Access
Guests have full and exclusive use of the apartment.

Please note: as this is my home, there may be one or two drawers or cupboards that are locked and clearly labeled ot for guest use.

You're welcome to use the contents of the kitchen cupboards – tea, coffee, condiments, etc.

Important Notes
Facilities: Access to development amenities such as the pool, gym, and cinema is not included.

Community Etiquette: The building has a friendly, respectful atmosphere. Loud music, parties, or any unsociable behavior is not tolerated. Please be considerate of my neighbors.

Home Automation: Most lighting, blinds, and some sockets are controlled via a wall panel. It’s simple to use, but if you’re not comfortable with tech or smart systems, this may not be the right fit.

Smart Lock: The apartment door uses a smart lock for fob and fingerprint access.

Air Conditioning: A portable AC unit is available in the bedroom, as the window does not open.

Cleaning & Linen
For stays longer than 7 nights, I provide fresh bedding, towels, and light cleaning during your stay. We'll agree on a suitable day and time in advance. Most guests choose to be out during this, but it's absolutely fine if you prefer to stay in. A single cleaning fee applies regardless of the length of stay.
