The Space:
Step into this beautifully designed, modern 1-bedroom ground floor apartment and instantly feel at home in a warm, stylish space. The bright open-plan living area is thoughtfully furnished with contemporary touches and elegant accent walls, creating a cosy spot to unwind and make the most of your time away. Sink into the plush sofa, catch up on your favourite shows on the large flat-screen TV, or relax with a good book. The sofa also extends to be a bed for parties of more than 2.

The sleek, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for anyone who loves to cook, offering modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the essentials for preparing tasty meals. Enjoy your food at the chic dining table, whether you’re sharing a leisurely breakfast or a cosy dinner.

The inviting bedroom is designed for restful sleep and gentle mornings, with soft, crisp linens and comfortable bedding to ensure you wake up refreshed.

Step outside to the shared rear garden, where you can relax under the stars in the luxurious hot tub—shared with our neighbouring holiday home. Soak up the fresh air and sunshine or make use of the communal BBQ facilities in the courtyard. For extra entertainment, you’ll also have shared access to the fantastic games room, complete with a darts board, pool table, and an upstairs TV lounge perfect for movie nights.

Located on Walpole Street, this welcoming apartment is ideally situated to explore all that York has to offer. York Minster, The Shambles, and the National Railway Museum are just a 15-minute walk away, with great public transport links nearby for exploring further afield.
For your comfort, the apartment includes high-speed Wi-Fi and central heating throughout.

Please note: a cot bed is available, but you will need to bring your own bedding. The hot tub and games room are shared with our other holiday property.

Parking is not available on-site, but the nearest pay-and-display parking can be found at Jaipur Spice Car Park, Clarence Court, 103 Haxby Rd, Clifton, York YO31 8JS.

One pet allowed free of charge.

Getting Around:
There are fantastic transport links into and around the city, a regular bus route can be taken from the street outside.

There is a hop on hop off red bus tour, red river boats and taxis. We think the best way to see the city is on foot, by meandering around the streets and walls of the City of York you'll stumble across a multitude of hidden gems, eateries, historic monuments and so much more.
